To install Win 10 as UEFI-GPT you must boot the USB Win 10 installation drive as UEFI. All new MoBos has a key to be pressed during POST (Power On Self Test) to launch the boot menu. I think that on MSI MoBos it is F12. Once the Boot menu is opened you may see two options to boot from the USB.
