I will have to amend some dormant accounts in the next week or so. When I asked Cos House by phone if it was possible to amend them, they said, yes, just send them in by post. They didn't give me the info that Time for Change gave, so it's clear Cos House employees are about as clued up as many HMRC staff. I would like to thank you for the info.
