With Dexed, you can load a bunch of different Fresh/Roses type synths. for ugh/blammed drums, you can search up hyperpop drumkits. theres a fuck ton of similar sounds there. dadbattle bass is probably recreatable with some type of 8-bit synth vst. idk about the rest lol.

Find the voice file for a song that has your desired character (Usually named songname _Voices.ogg) Remove the unnecessary vocals. Export the character vocals as an audio file. Open FL Studio. Add a new plug in called Audio Clip. Go into piano roll. Place notes. DONE!
