Based on the information I've gathered, there were a lot of users who reported similar issues regarding Bing Image Creator took up to one hour to generate images. This is due to Microsoft recently integrated OpenAI's DALL-E 3 model into the image generation tool to help users generate engaging and clearer images, attracting more interest to the tool.

Bing AI Image Generator Not Available as an Option.
Image Creator is not there. Sorry for the late reply. Since you mentioned that its not in your settings, try clicking on the + icon in the Sidebar to open customise sidebar. From there, you can enable Image Creator to add it to your sidebar. Aside from that, you can also visit the link below to use Bing image creator.

How to find all images I’ve generated on creation section?
If you have cleared all your search history, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to access your past generated Bing images from Bing Image Creator. I understand where you are coming from, and I totally agree with you with the option to view all AI images on the same Image Creator dashboard. Nothing to worry!

Please wait until your other ongoing creations are complete before trying to create again. It works on a different account than the one that has the problem, its weird as hell.

How do I change the aspect Ratio of generated images?
Generate your images on the Copilot main page in the chat. It will give you four images select one to look at the larger size you will then see the resize icon click it then choose square. It will now generate a new version in a square AR. You can go back and forth if you don't like the square option it generates.

I think with how accurate Bing Image Creator creates its images (Depending on how specific you are), this could go far. But for goodness sake, this net nannying is getting out of hand. I would rather a psychopath putting his desires to the test on an AI image creator, than actually needing to fulfill his desires on a real human being.
