For the petrol at 70k miles it would need to have the timing chain replaced and you would want to see proof of that,with a receipt. When the chain starts rattling it is already causing damage.

That RealOEM listing is a bit ominous - not only do you have to purchase all the brackets and trim that hold up the second boot floor, but some of them aren't just screwed/clipped in place but: RealOEM said: Performed with Bonding/Riveting repair technology.
