If you don't have any cruise at all, it's still doable, but you will need to obtain a cruise control activation code from Porsche. you need LKA (lane keep assisted steering) for this retrofit. If you don't have it, you likely don't have the camera under the windshield, which means you will also need to retrofit the camera and replace your windshield.

I don’t own a Macan with PCM4.0 (mine is PCM3.1), but my 2018 718 does have PCM4.0 and I was able to activate CarPlay using this DIY in the first 3 hours of ownership…. I was also able to update the Navi Map to 2022 version.

What are some common issues with the 3rd Gen Macan (2022+)?
3rd gen macan (23) - so far, only thing that bothers me is the vibrations and creeks in the car when driving. Though with my exhaust I don't hear anything but the exhaust. My only prob is that the remote service for my macan doesn't work as well. believe that it's signal related, but who knows -- it's flaky as ****.
