You have to get the Motion Aura skill from the skill tree and then you'll be able to craft a Motion Aura machine that you can put next to the grubmasher or whatever needs Motion aura. Unfortunately, the Motion aura skill is pretty far down the skill tree and then you'll need some fancy materials to build the machine.
