Sorry to bump old thread;to those who don't know and want some form of help, take note for newer versions of Bluestacks: X:\ProgramData\BlueStacks_nxt\Engine\Rvc64 (X being wherever you stored your program data files) These are saved as full vhdx image files which cannot be mounted, but you can copy paste them to another drive for example.

Hey! Performance would be based on your BlueStacks settings and PC specifications, not necessarily the device profile! However some apps do work best, or in some cases only work with, a specific device profile. I'd say pick your favorite unless you encounter an issue! Personally, I use OnePlus 3T or OnePlus 5.

Open BlueStacks multi-instance manager and open the settings for the BlueStacks instance. In the settings check what the Graphics renderer is set on. If it's on OpenGL switch it to DirectX. Try opening Blue Stacks after that. Played around with the setting for performance to compatibility as well, but that changed nothing.
