Had a parcel stolen out of my close after evri left it outside a neighbour’s door when I wasn’t in. Evri are blaming castore and castore are blaming evri. Almost a week now and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone. I’m constantly having to chase it up. Their customer service/support is an absolute shambles.

I wonder if some sizes are equivalent and others diverge. Either that or Castore have mislabeled the size on some shirts. Here is the comparison of last year's Hummel and this year's Castore XL home top that I received: Hummel: Pit-to-Pit: 24" across. Narrowest part (just below the 23 Red sponsor): 23" Castore: Pit-to-Pit: 23" across.

Are the Castore products generally small in terms of sizing. Going to get some of the training stuff. I normally buy small but whilst ok the home shirt I have is a little tighter than I would normally wear football tops. Should I go medium for training tops or hoodies? also going to get son stuff who is 12 so not sure what size for him any help?

Does anyone have a contact number for Castore Rangers? My parcel has went missing for 2 weeks. Evri claim by their tracking it's been delivered and told me to contact Castore. Castore are a fuckin shambles to deal with. Sent 3 or 4 emails and had one reply that was no help whatsoever!

This must be doing untold damage to the Castore brand. A company who prides itself on being premium and the manufacturer of the world's highest quality sportswear are currently a laughing stock. If I was involved with Castore, I'd be sorting this as a matter of urgency before the entire brand is irreparably damaged.

That happened to me this week. Ordered a navy jumper and black jacket. The black jacket was missing sent an email and got a prompt response and was offered to get another sent out, but was out of stock so they sent me a credit note
