Facetime trys to dial calls through Teams program.
To change the default calling app on Mac, open FaceTime on Mac, select"FaceTime" >"Preferences" >"Settings". Change the"Default" for calls to"FaceTime". If that doesn't help then try reinstalling teams. Hope this may resolve your issue. Feel free to post back if you need more help.
