ADMIN MOD. I made a hello fresh recipe database. https://freshrecipes.netlify.app/. The idea is you search for an ingredient and it returns recipes plus a list of ingredients to complete those recipes. for example: searching `almonds` will return recipes that call for `Almonds` and/or `sliced almonds`. Then: you get 10 recipes shown along with ...
HelloFresh makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund, even on an unshipped box. Long story short, I was planning to cancel as I wasnt happy with the quality/amount/cost. I stupidly missed the deadline by a couple hours to cancel/skip the box. I contact support immediately asking if they could cancel it on their end, they said no, but they offer to ...

I use hellofresh a lot less now, but the benefit of it is that you have absolutely everything you need with a set of instructions to make a meal and it takes a lot of the emotional labor, the mental burden, off of you. So it makes it easier to actually use the ingredients. Reply reply.
HelloFresh is great for people who love following cooking instructions, and they have a lot of fridge space to accommodate all of the packaging. Also, if you get easily overwhelmed with having a lot to do, this isn't for you. A friend of mine sent me some free boxes, and HF ended up charging me 70 dollars b/c it's not clear when the"free" part ...
It's owned by the same company as HF, and is marketed as the 'cheaper option'. For four meals for two people, it's about $80 with shipping included. That extra money 'left over' means that I can spring for a premium meal each week and still not hit that over $100 that we did with HF.

Cooking from scratch, doesn't only help ground you, it also helps you know exactly what you're eating. Hello Fresh is a massive drain on income, and wasteful. Plus the meals are not always simple to make. I probably save more time going to grocery store once a week, and doing basic meals throughout the week...
Expensive, but worth it for a learning experience. Fair enough. I got a 16 free meal coupon but honestly, HelloFresh seems kind of"money grabby." At checkout it said I only got 9 free meals, some meals cost extra, ($9 per serving is not cheap) their sides and extras, like desserts aren't cheap either.
Hello Fresh honest review. My first time making hello fresh meals. 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️. I was gifted a couple of free hello fresh meals to make courtesy of my MIL. I didn’t want them to go to waste so here it goes. 🤷🏽♀️ I made two meals for two at the same time. Although the chilli burgers came out really good, the amount ...
