LifePoints customer service not helpful..beware!
LifePoints after the merger has been just as unresponsive as ever. They have turned off the ability to see open tickets. Very on professional. Cannot redeem rewards on Lifepoints - SurveyPolice Forum
Posted September 16, 2021. So I have been able to successfully redeem 3 times since my original post. Lifepoints definitely has an issue when redeeming Amazon cards. If I try to redeem a $5 Amazon card for 550 points and have 900 points it will not redeem. If I have over 1100 points I can redeem 550 but not 1100.

All I can suggest is to keep trying. I have always gotten a response from support in 24 hours , often in a matter of hours. You can also leave a message via the message option on their Facebook page. It took another week and several more inquiries but they did refund my 2700 points.
