Traditional Bank Mortgage. Just wanted to know what you all thought of Manulife one. I've been doing quite a bit of research and I think I get the whole concept but aren't sure what the real advantages are. Rates seem to be higher (as they charge prime + 0.5) and you have to pay their monthly fee of around 14-15$.

Oct 16, 2001. 76501 posts. 1583 upvotes. Anyone have a mortgage payment paid but it didnt come out of your account. My mortgage payments come out on the 3rd and 17th each month. If those days fall on the weekend the payment comes out the following Monday. Been like this for 2 years now.
