Please bring the Something for you card (or electronic SMS/email notification) and one of the above forms of ID, in the name of the person the item is addressed to. If you can’t bring any of the above ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to, you can still collect. This also applies if you are collecting an item addressed to a child.

If your item is being sent with a Special Delivery Guaranteed or Signed For service, you can enter your tracking number on our Track and Trace tool to view the name of the person that accepted your item.
