This is a well known bug in the Windows updates process where some of the suggested drivers will not install successfully, if your system is working correctly, you do not need that driver update, the best option is to hide the update with the official Show/Hide tool to stop Windows continually trying to install that driver.

DO NOT INTSALL REALTEK'S WEBSITE DRIVER. It is from 2017. READ the README file, R2.83 is 6.0.1.8186 (from 2017). Go to your computer manufacturer for your realtek audio driver. If it is a windows 10 audio driver with a configuration app that is downloaded from the microsoft store (i.e. realtek audio console) then it is windows 11 compatible.
