RTSS Required DirectX runtimes not installed, OSD may not function ...
I've tried reinstalling video drivers and set RTSS.exe to run on AMD card in AMD software settings. Apparently DirectX 9 applications OSD works but not other versions of DirectX. This might be Windows 10 problem or DirectX installation problem but any suggestion for a fix is highly appreciated. Thanks.

RivaTuner wont open - guru3D Forums
Press Ok on the rest of the open tabs and select the"Full Control" setting on the Permission Entry Window. 10.-. Press Ok, exit out of the application, and startup RivaTuner through the searchbar. If the application doesn't show up on the taskbar, check the icons in the bottom right corner and it should be there.

GPU: Nvidia. I haven't noticed anyone making a short & simple helpful answer so I made an account here to help others reading it: Close MSI Afterburner completely. Then end all tasks with"RTSS" name in task manager. run the installation and"ignore" when it prompts you about closing other bunch of programs.
