This basically creates two accounts with two different identity IDs. The one that will be deleted is the one you don't use.
manually login. At the time of the manual login, Uncheck the Auto login box. The auto login has to be reset in each program individually, so if you had. it on in Vault Explorer, ACAD, Inventor, Excel & Word, you have to do this 5. times as it is saved as a profile in the application and not on the vault.

If they use their gmail on Fusion 360 (through Autodesk login instead of Google log in) they will end up with two accounts under same email, with Tinkercad data on one and Fusion data on the other.
If you want to know the latest status though there's a separate forum for TinkerCAD here. This one is for the industry software which only runs with an autodesk account, where TinkerCAD is a bit more available and has it's own account system with a different set of login options. Hope that helps even if it's a bit late. Thanks, Michael
Still needing a few finishing touches, I left the browser (Chrome) window open. Over night the computer rebooted itself for maintenance. When I logged back into Tinkercad this morning, the project I was working on has disappeared. The most recently edited project (that I didn't open looing for the missing on) shows as being edited 14 days ago.

It should text the 6 digit code to your cell phone. If you wish to bypass/disable this, visit your Autodesk Account, navigate to the Security Tab and disable 2 Step Verification.
I am working with a student whois using TinkerCad. We are curious to know if it is possible to take a DWG file from AutoCAD13 into TinkerCad. Both products are made by AudoDesk so I would think it is poosible. Thanks for your help. Mike. Solved by Patchy. Go to Solution.
It was impossible to write message to tinkercad's support, because only autororized users can do it. We couldn't enter at our account. Now tinkercad is OK. But, unfotrunally we missed to apply for our contest.
Steps to reproduceeverytime i try to export a (not that complicated) design i made in tinkercad or even try to send to fusion360 it locks up and says it is having problems and try again later.
