Clearscore - incorrect information - MoneySavingExpert Forum
Clearscore keeps merging my address with my neighbours' under the electoral information section. I contact them, they correct it, and then it updates with the incorrect address again. When I contact them, I get the same copy & paste reply - telling me that no one uses this information for credit checking & it's only a display issue. I signed up for Clearscore yesterday as someone on here suggested it after I was turned down for a cheap mobile phone contract (since overturned by a 2 line email to Three). My Clearscore comes out as 505 out of 700, yet my CreditExpert (Experian) comes back as 995 out of 999, so theres some kind of discrepancy, or like others have already said, they're not really worth taking much notice of

Clearscore app reporting score of 1000/1000 - MoneySavingExpert Forum
Clearscore app reporting score of 1000/1000. When Clearscore was out of 700 I had a score of something like 576/700. Since the app updated to score out of 1000 it has always given me the highest score possible score: 1000/1000. I thought they were keeping the proportional score the same so I was expecting a value of around 820 under the new system.

I'm just wondering as equifax have not removed a ccj yet and clear score have. The RT was going to send all CRA the paperwork but apparently Equifax will no remove until I send the paperwork.

Clearscore don't offer mortgages and lenders don't see your credit score. Lots of people have supposedly perfect credit scores and still get rejected for credit. Affordability is a crucial requirement.

ClearScore - someone registered an account with my email. I had an email come through today welcoming me to ClearScore. Yet I had NOT applied for an account nor do I have any interest in doing so. So I went straight to their website (I never click links on unsolicited or suspect email) and yes there was an account using my email address.
