The Equalizer APO Editor doesn't actually see the audio flowing through the APO, therefore the VST running in the editor can't see it either - it doesn't get any actual signal. There is another instance of the VST running inside the APO itself to actually process the audio, but this one has no way to display any UI because APOs cannot display UI (at least not directly).

Lowest Rated. Too esoteric - i.e., time consuming and non-responsive. Tried many configurations, and they did not work. Tried a previous posters GUI equalizer, and it did not work. The pre-amp did work. Hopefully it continues to develop and becomes more (user) intuitive. Also requires Java, which I do not like.
