1-Copy chatGPT answers using the"copy" button (this will copy the answer as markdown. 2-Go to this markdown renderer and paste. 3-Copy and paste the rendered result to your word document. Also useful for keeping lists. Best results till now for me, for ChatGPT → Microsoft Word: - press copy button on ChatGPT chat.
