Santander has ditched its cashback-paying 123 credit card for new customers, replacing it with the new lower-paying All in One card. The Santander 123 credit card was a best buy for a long time, as it offered 1% cashback on supermarket spending, 2% cashback in department stores and 3% cashback on fuel or rail spending (this last capped at £9/mth) - all for an original £2/mth fee.
Santander has added 18 months interest free on purchases to its award winning Santander 123 credit card, and cut the APR to 16.5% from 22.8% including the annual fee, or 12.7% from 18.9% ex-annual fee, providing customers with a very competitive shorter term borrowing option for larger purchases.
