- Dell SupportAssist 146 MB and - SupportAssist (Dell Inc) 16.0 KB. I used to have it installed from the Dell Support site but since the latest update it has the same problem as described above. Note: the installed differences I noticed between the 2 versions of Dell SupportAssist are described under the procedure below.

XPS13用户 9360,某次 supportassist更新后 thunderbolt口就不能视频输出了,驱动滚回无效,目测是更新过程中刷新了某一固件,询售后,换了个主板,从那以后我就不强求每时每刻都update到最新了。其他用G3,G6等等朋友,同事貌似经常更新,也没遇见过我这样的事情。

Run Revo. Select the program (Dell Support Assistant) Uninstall (don't worry about creating a restore point if prompted. Waste of time) Remove everything (tick all/every box) Do not reboot even if prompted. Select the Advanced option and run REvo to remove all leftover files, folders and registry entries.

That is a Dell utility, it does not actually indicate a problem with your Windows system, uninstall the Dell Support Assist app, restart your PC, then go to the support page for your PC on the Dell website to download the latest version of Dell Support Assist, then run that scan again to see if it succeeds. Power to the Developer!

I'm going to restore the system using SupportAssist OS Recovery tool. So after doing that do I have to install all the drivers and softwares which came up with device such as; 1.Dell Mobile Connect. 2.Dell Update. 3.Dell Support Assist. 4.My Dell Application. 5.Dell Cinema Colour. 6.Dell Customer Connect. 7.Dell Digital Delivery.
